1. Dog photographs & videos.  
I agree to allow Passion Grooming Limited to use my dogs name and images taken while he/she is at the grooming salon, in any form or format, for use at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising or promotional material. 
 
2. Right to refuse service.  
Passion Grooming Limited has the right to refuse service for any reason it deems. In the event of a dog that cannot be groomed safely without danger to the dog, groomer or others Passion grooming will use muzzles, collars, slings, straps etc. Grooming may be stopped mid-groom if necessary for the safety of the dog or groomer. Grooming fees may still apply. 
 
3. Cancellations – Missed Appointments.  
At Passion Grooming Limited we provide a 1 to 1 service and therefore Passion Grooming Limited reserves the right to charge a fee of £15.00 for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24hrs notice. 
 
4. Late Appointments.  
Arrival 30 minutes later than scheduled appointment time will be considered as late and thus the time may be allocated to another pet. 
5. De-Matting.  
Animal Welfare is at the forefront of our work at Passion Grooming Limited and therefore we will spend no longer than 15 minutes de-matting. Any matting remaining on this stage will be shaved off, a de-matting release form will be provided to you prior to your appointment. An additional charge may be applied to matted dogs as the process is lengthy and causes excess wear and tear to our equipment. 
 
6. Fit for Groom.  
Please note that it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that their dog is fit enough to be groomed, this is especially necessary with senior dogs or those suffering from health problems. 
 
7. Temperament.  
Please note that it is the owner’s responsibility to inform Passion Grooming Limited of the temperament of their pet, 1. Has your Dog ever bitten a person 2. Is your dog friendly/relaxed with other dogs?
